Attached is a new PL's Regulation Briefing Document for your information. There was some confusion as to what was to be included in the final briefing booklet and the PL document did not include reference to items pertaining to guiding and outfitting on public wildlife areas and an item dealing with use of non-toxic shot on intensively managed dove hunting fields on wildlife areas. The new material included is underlined.

This permanent regulation establishes general provisions for big game and wild turkeys. The proposed amendments address further concerns with transportation of wildlife, remove language that is no longer necessary and make it unlawful to copy or possess copies of big game and wild turkey permits.
