    A yurt is a modern adaptation of the ancient shelter used by Central Asian nomads for centuries. The compact shape of the yurt and combination of lightweight members in tension and compression mean that the structure is highly efficient in maximizing strength while minimizing the use of materials.

    Colt is a primitive 16' diameter round one room tent like cabin with no kitchen or bathroom but there is a showerhouse across the road. It has a full size bed and a futon that will fold down into a double bed. It has electricity, heat and A/C. Outside there is a BBQ grill, picnic table and a water hydrant.

    Check-in 2:00pm - Check-out 12:00pm (noon)

    NO smoking and NO pets allowed in Cabin.

    Camp Colt is located in WestPoint Campground.

Fireworks off the dam

July 4th is celebrated July 2nd at Crawford State Park. The Friends of Crawford State Park sponsor a fireworks spectacular at 10:00 pm and sell hamburgers and hotdogs at the marina area during the afternoon and evening while people wait for the big show.
