This 3.6 mile loop starts and ends at the Glen Elder State Park main office and travels past a fishing pond, crosses through several small wooded areas with wildlife and provides access to the Waconda Springs replica. (There is also a gravel road if you would prefer to drive directly to the Waconda Springs replica.) This trail is open to hiking and bicycling. A vehicle permit is required to access Glen Elder State Park and the permit can be purchased for for $5 per day or $25 per year at the main park office. Parking for the trail is at the main park office.
