The Community Fisheries Assistance Program (CFAP) provides free fishing access to anglers holding a Kansas State Fishing License in more than 90% of the community lakes in the state of Kansas!

CLEAN - DRAIN - DRY - Aquatic invasive species are animals and plants not native to Kansas that can threaten lake and river ecology, harm native or desirable species, and interfere with our economy.

All Kansas resident anglers age 16 through 74 must have a resident fishing license unless exempt by Kansas Law. Nonresident anglers age 16 and older , must have a nonresident fishing license (unless fishing on a private pond not leased for public fishing).
